We need 1-3 business days to pack everything up and send it off. After that, it's all about hoping the postal service is just as quick ;) Usually your parcel arrives within just a few days - yay! If shipping times change, you'll always find a note at the top of the product page.

We ship parcels within Germany with DHL. Parcels to other European countries go out with DPD or DHL.

Of course! As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email from us that includes a tracking number. That way you can follow your pens & co. on their way to their new home (and get even more excited).

We reuse 100% of the filler material that arrives with the goods we receive from our suppliers. That's why your parcel might be padded differently each time - sometimes paper, sometimes bubble wrap, sometimes foil.

From an order value of €60, we cover shipping costs within Germany - woohoo! Below that, a shipping fee of €4.90 applies.

For orders to other countries:

Austria: free from €100, otherwise €11.90.

Switzerland: free from CHF 200, otherwise CHF 19.90. Please note that deliveries to Switzerland are subject to import tax (7.7%), charged together with customs fees via the carrier.

Rest of the EU: free from €129. Below that: Belgium, Netherlands €11.90 · France, Denmark €13.90 · Ireland, Italy, Finland, Sweden, Spain, Latvia, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Portugal, Cyprus, Malta €14.90.

Norway: free from €129, otherwise €13.90. As Norway isn't part of the EU customs union, additional charges may apply on import.

USA: flat $34 per order, duties and import taxes included at checkout.

Of course! Your billing and shipping address don't need to match, so you can order for someone else anytime. Since every order is wrapped in tissue paper, you can send it straight on as a gift. Just let us know in the order note if you'd rather we leave the packing slip out.

If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will only ship once every product is in stock. Unfortunately partial shipments aren't possible.
